I'd rather sit down, belt up, and ride away.

    Registration is up and running.
Note: There is a late fee. Please register before June 15th so we can get event shirts ordered and delivered. On time!

Do not worry about the area asking for specific information on events, just check all three.
Make sure to sign the waiver.

If you are an official willing to work at the event, let me know, there is a discount for you.

We will be having a banquet like we did last year, there is a 10.00 per person charge for this. All of your friends and family members are welcome.

There will be parties each night. Details to follow.

Can't wait to see you all there!

I am trying to book reservations and have a few questions:

    1. What is probably the best days / times to arrive and leave? I assume flying into Denver is the best option.
    2. Will there be shuttles to and from the airport or is car rental the best option?

    Thanks!

Denver is pretty much the only option - you COULD fly into Colorado Springs if it's cheaper, but that's another hour south of the site.

When to come and leave? It depends, do you want to be there for the entire event, or just part of it?

If just part, which division would you be in?

As for shuttles, the event doesn't have any shuttles to/from the airport - or even to/from the hotel, but you might
ask Embassy Suites what they would have.

Rental cars are best, but I know they are also $$$... You could maybe hook up with someone and share car/room? The Embassy
suite deal is to allow up to 4 people in one room for the same price as one person -- but you would have to book soon.

Alison can probably provide more details - but she's at the tournament in JAX right at the moment,.

I would like to come to the whole thing, but may only be able to afford part of it. I will be in the Outlaw division. Is there a full schedule posted somewhere? If not, what would be the best dates / time to arrive and leave if I wanted to do all or part? Thanks!

It depends on the number of registrants as to how it goes. I believe Open and Outlaw will begin on Friday. Best date to arrive for you would be Thursday, I believe.
Best day to leave is Sunday. Depending on the schedule open/outlaw may begin on Friday but also may begin on Saturday. for sure it will be finishing up by Sunday.

The closer we get to the event, the more we will know concerning schedule.
Sorry we can't get more specific.

Not sure about this year, but the historic schedule has been Novice and Intermediate -- Round 1 Thursday, Round 2 Friday. Advanced, Round 1 Friday, Round 2 Saturday. Open/Outlaw/Pro - Round 1 Saturday, Round 2 Sunday. The Jump Out / Flip Out / Big Air usually happens on the day of the first round, but it all depends on the number of riders, the weather, other scheduling conflicts (wedding receptions by the lake).
