Thank you! That was exactly what I needed. I was also about to ask about keeping other racks in the other position and that answers it as well.
I am looking at a new Centurion Ri237. Looks like an amazing boat. It is critical that I am able to store my Air Chair on the tower. I have not been able to find anyone who has done it. It...
I think you could get here...It is the getting back that is the problem, right?
BUMP. Let me know if you are coming. It is going to be a great time!
I am riding a Foiltech bar. You would think I would have recognized it. :slaphead:
They are terrific, but like others said, they may crack with bigger air. I am not in much danger of that, so...
I am not sure on the Tbar, but the fact that it is a one piece means it is worth a big chunk of change.
That is a Max-Air front wing. It is a pretty good wing that lands softly and is a...
PM sent.
I think you answered your own question. You need to shim the rear wing.
Think of the wings as a teeter totter. If the rear wing goes down, then the front goes up and when the rear wing goes...
Those guys could do amazing things, but you are right to observe that they were going faster to get it done. A higher level ski will allow you to do things without going as fast = less pain. You...
I hope everyone can make it! All are invited.
Bringing a thread back from the dead! I think Cole has landed his first invert, I am told!
I understand the frustration with various people using the crisis to push an agenda. That is why I mention the death statistics. It is pretty hard to cook the books when it comes to dead people in...
I guess that would be one way to liven up the site, start a Coronavirus discussion.
I don't think I would go too haywire into the discussion, but 60,000 people in the USA have died in the last 5...
I hear you!
Is it safe to assume that none are anodized?
He has an Ogio golf bag that I think can be modified to carry a ski. I am not sure if that is why he bought it, but if I didn't already have one, I would scoop that up in an instant.

I ended up getting a helmet from Sweet. The version I got is the Rocker. It is very comfortable, and has large soft ear pads that are not removable. I think it protects my head better, but have...
Offthepath, another option is to save yourself the upgrade pathway and buy something more modern now. It just depends on your wallet and how deep the addiction has sunk. If the wallet and...
Most of us wear some sort of suit this time of year. In the peak of summer, our average air temp is 107 degrees or so, highest I have seen is 117. That gets our water up to almost 80.
Here's a few of us lined up in front of a couple of the boats. This was a great time! Good folks and some great riding. I can't think of a better way to end the year. Next year we will make it...
A couple of other shots here. Greg on a front in the sunset. A boat full of folks. The oldest rider was Santa Claus, at 72 years old.

We had a great time at Sand Hollow this year. The weather was beautiful as usual. Air temps were in the 70's at the peak, a little chilly in the morning at 45-50 degrees. Water temp about 60...
It looks like we are scheduled to have 15+ riders. Air temps are forecast to be 70-75 with calm winds. Looks like nothing but butter, especially on Friday before Wally comes out!
If anyone...
When I click the link it tells me 'shared photos not available'. That might be why nobody is jumping on it.
I am not in the market, but what are the 'extreme wings'? Extreme has made several...
I like that a lot. Very clean!
If your driver sees this happening, slowing down will help you snap out of it without having to let go. If the driver will slow to 12-14 mph, you will likely pop right back up.
What Shagn said....
This year we are gathering at Sand Hollow Reservoir in st. George, Utah on October 25 and 26, 2019. All are welcome. Last year we had about 15 riders of all skill levels, from those learning to...
I am always a skull fan. I know, they are outdated, but I love to live in the past.
The line art tail grab a close second.
There is some pretty good information here: https://www.foilforum.com/forums/showthread.php?8554-Foil-rack-for-newer-Nautique/page2&highlight=nautique+tower
Do you have a picture of the 2012 tower that you have? I don't want to spout about what I did on my 2015 G, when I think the towers are very distinct.
Another reason to come down here in October if you haven't upgraded already by then. You can ride a couple of different setups and feel the difference.
Welcome to the Forum, Cole! We usually put on a gathering for foilers in St. George in October. This year's date is still TBD, but last year was the weekend before Halloween and that worked very...
That is what I have now. I may just get another. It has served its purpose well, and I have probably had it for 10 years. I have the ear flaps somewhere in my pile of 'boating stuff that I don't...
You are assuming a lot. I mostly just huck it and hope I am still upright when it all is said and done.
JK, that is a good point.
My old wakeboarding helmet is finally biting the dust. I seem to recall a lot of folks here liking the Gath helmet and I went to REI in Salt Lake to get one. Apparently, I didn't consider the fact...
How tall is the seat from bottom to carbon plate?
SOLD.
Thanks, Forum!
I cracked my knees together once. It hurt like I thought I might be seriously injured. A few days later, it was fine. I immediately went to the sports store and got some volleyball knee pads. I...
It often helps to get yourself directly behind the boat in the prop wash and then stomp your feet and try to jump.
If your driver is in tune what is happening, they can slow down and usually it...
It is of no use gathering dust in my garage.
I forgot to put the price. It was $100, but now is $90.

For sale is a foil rack adapter for any late model Nautique boat with the tower built by Roswell. I believe that this tower started in 2014, and the current towers still have the same rack...
What is an FT knock off? That means he created it himself, after measuring an FT bar?
That is terrific!
Sand Hollow is not much of a destination area like Lake Powell is, except that I am nearby. :slaphead:
Both Sand Hollow and Lake Powell are about 5-7 hours south of Salt...
I suspect that there are not many could ever tell with the seat of their shorts whether it was 6000 or 7000. Since he was told his Tbar was better, he thinks it is.:excited:
My buddy has one of those Tbars and it has worked very well for him. He bought it straight from Murphy and he said that it was actually a 7000 series aluminum, the anodizing was a typo. Could that...
Sorry to hear about the health issues.
It makes me wish I needed a new Tbar. Those seem to me like solid deals to me, I suspect they are not going to last long.
The Tuna Fisherman is all I can find for TJ Ott on the net. He used to be 374 pounds, but not that tall...
I think I am the tallest guy to ever do a gainer at 6'9".:laughing:
