January & February are usually nice and calm. We can get coolish days, but highs in the low 60s aren't uncommon, once in awhile we'll hit 70. We've never seen the water get colder than about 50 all...

We do the same as Foiler posted, but we also have the swivel racks ('05 X-30). Hard to say for sure, but it looks like your rack may be the same, just without the swivel mount. If so, it should be...
