Here is how to embed a youtube or vimeo video inside your post:

Put "youtube" or "vimeo" in square brackets [] with only the video number and then "/youtube" or "/vimeo" in square brackets.

(note, REMOVE the * from the end of youtube in the following example or it won't work - if I leave it in there for an example, it will embed a video. Do NOT use the full URL to the video, just the video number which is the last part of the URL)

    [youtube*]videonumber[/youtube*]
    [vimeo*]videonumber[/vimeo*]

    example:
    [youtube1]5Ia-GcYx9Kk[/youtube1]
    .
    .

    .
    .
    .

    [vimeo*]4664711[/vimeo*]
    .

Is it not possible to embed a wmv? I see where you can make it look like an attachment.

Not currently - I may work on an add-in for that, but to be honest, I always watch the vids with my framecounter software so I can count frames easily. :)

Looks like they are in the URL at the end, after the v=.

    For instance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rvo6bAumu-E

Embedded Vimeo videos are now supported. See the original post for instructions.

Here's what I had to use to get YouTube vids to embed properly:

    [video*=youtube;JL8qCDEZPmg]https://youtu.be/JL8qCDEZPmg[/video*]

Remove the *s as per Shuey's original post.
