    OK guys,

I installed a tower on my boat at the end of last season and only got one day with it. I've been out about four times this year with it and notice when the boat hits rough water the rope jerks the heck out of me because the rope is up so high. What do you guys do to compensate for that jerking? I'm still a novice and it damn near wipes me out every time...

you'll get used to it and anticipate it somewhat, when rough water hits, roll with it and let your arms absorb it some

Yup. Gotta go with the flow. You will get used to it. BUT, rough water is not your friend anyway.
