What tbar are you running? Also when tbar is out loosen your 4 bolts from the tower to the board. Re-tighten them with tbar out.

    Mine is tough both ways.

I had people tell me to sand my tbar... Beings that is the most expensive part of the ski, I decided not to. Good thing I didn't. My tbar slides in other's towers fine, so it's my tower that is thin (powdercoated not anodized). Check yours. For the tower, staple sandpaper on the end of a flat piece of wood and lightly sand the inside of the tower. Make sure it's not the board dragging as well.

I had to sand all of my FT tbars to fit in my Evo towers in the past. Simple with a belt sander. Or you could take your Evo apart and sand the inside of the vertical plates.

As I remember when I sold you that T bar all four of the FT T bars I got in were at the maximum thickness compared to others. Yours might even be right at .750. ( 3/4" ) I would take it down to at least .730. My Ac MV-38 works fine at about .707". If you measure and you are at that minimum width, then it has to be the tower, usually at the tower bolt holes.

You can also loosen your seat tower -> board bolts. This will allow the bottom of the tower to expand when you slide the tbar in. Once the tbar is in, re-tighten the bolts.

(to clarify - the bolts that hold the tower to the board)

I used to have to do that. It was kind of awesome when someone else put my ski together and did not know the seat bolts were loose. I didn't think to check them and let's just say the ride was...wonky. But for sure, just loosen the seat bolts if you need to.
