Can't keep the foil down

Hey everyone. Need direction/ guidance on shimming with my sons foil. We both have the same foils mine is a 2000 and his is from 2002. Mine is shimmed with a dime on the rear of the back fin. I have no problem with fighting to keep it up or down. I can hit huge wake rolls and gainers out in the flats all day long. My son was struggling with his so i took it for a ride. WOW. I struggled to keep it down. In fact, I was sore the next day from fighting it! I shimmed his the same as mine with no change. Should i be shimming the front of the rear wing?

It's so strange that the same foils ride sooo differently.

Thanks Bryan. I would have thought that i had to shim the front of the rear wing to get it down. I will try again this weekend by increasing the size of the shim. Ill go up to a nickel thane a quarter.
