Comptech pivoting rack with 1 7/8" clamp (was told by Ski Ski that the clamps can be machined bigger by machine shop if needed). Foam is in good shape, also includes spare foam as shown. Works great and in overall good condition. When I bought it, one edge of the rotating clamp arm had a little rash (wall maybe?), so I filed it smooth (as seen in pic). It isn't too noticeable in person and works perfectly.
